Russians apathetic ahead of parliamentary elections

Dozens of municipal and regional governmental positions are at stake in Sunday's upcoming parliamentary elections.<br />While president Vladimir Putin is urging people to express their opinions, public apathy is high.<br />Mohammed Jamjoom reports.
