Venezuela hosts NAM summit whilst crumbling economy

The Venezuelan government is hosting the 17th summit of the Non-aligned Movement, even though the country is suffering from scarcity, hyperinflation and widespread crime.<br />Al Jazeera's John Holman reports from Margarita.
