At least 29 people have been injured in an explosion in the Chelsea district of New York City Saturday night.<br />The blast occurred on West 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood shortly after 8:30 p.m. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said indications are that it was an “intentional act”, although the cause of the explosion remains unclear.<br />"There is no evidence at this point of a terror connection" said Bill de Blasio Another device was found at a second location in the same neighborhood, officials told media.
