Dharamshala, Sep 18 (ANI): To encourage the talent of Tibetan film makers, the 8th annual edition of Tibet Film Festival began in Dharmashala on Friday. Various Tibetan film makers will showcase their work during the three-day long festival. Tibetan PM-in-exile Lobsang Sangay attended the opening ceremony of the event as chief guest at Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA). The film festival, which commenced on Friday, will go on till 18th of September. The festival opened with Pawo, followed by The River, The Hostel, Bring Tibet Home, Valley of Heroes and Beautiful Betrayal and many more. The organisers of the fest selected films which were made by Tibetans.
