<br /> <p>An explosive device detonated in Elizabeth, New Jersey, in the early hours of Monday, September 19. The package, including several explosives, was discovered in a dumpster by two men, according to local mayor Chris Bollwage</a>. The men moved the device under a nearby railway bridge and called the police. The Elizabeth police called the Union County Bomb Squad, which attended the scene, along with FBI.</p><p>As they were trying to disarm the device, it exploded.
