<br /> <p>This dramatic phone footage shows a witness helping two people who were wounded in the Chelsea bomb explosion in New York City on Saturday, September 17.</p><br /><p>Filmed by Ramón Lopez, these videos show the uploader helping two injured persons to a nearby ambulance. One of the injured has bloodstained clothes and mentions that something has struck her eye, while another has a shoulder wound.</p><p>According to reports from NorthJersey.com</a> and USA Today</a>, the victims were struck by shrapnel shards from the explosion.</p><br /><p>29 people were injured in the blast.
