Flooding in southwestern China's Sichuan Province has left ten people dead. <br /><br />This video, filmed in Panzhihua shows floodwater gushing through the city, after what's been described as an extraordinarily strong rainstorm.<br /><br />Ten people have been killed in the freak weather so far, with at least six missing. <br /><br />Houses have been destroyed and transport links have been severely disrupted. <br /><br />Landslides were also reported in several counties.
