Refugees drown after boat capsizes off Egypt's coast

At least 43 people have died and 154 rescued after a boat carrying hundreds of refugees sinks off the coast of Kafr al-Sheikh in Egypt. <br />Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid reports.
