The two were together for more than a decade and have six children together, three of whom are adopted. <br /> <br />Despite reports that the split had nothing to do with a third party, rumors surfaced that Pitt was having an affair with married co-star Marion Cotillard. Fans of the Hollywood power couple were incensed. <br /> <br />On Wednesday night, the French actress took to Instagram to give her first and only official statement on the allegations. In a lengthy post, Cotillard denied having an affair with Pitt, claiming that she is perfectly happy with her longtime partner, French actor-director Guillaume Canet. Cotillard then announced that she and Canet are expecting their second child.
