Libya: PM Sarraj open to talks with General Haftar

The Prime Minister of Libya's UN-backed government in Tripoli Fayez al-Sarraj says he is open to talks with renegade General Khalifa Haftar.<br />Last week, Haftar's forces seized four key oil terminals in the so-called oil crescent of Libya.<br />
