Aerial footage, filmed in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China on Sunday, shows the whole city shrouded in smog. <br /><br />It was among the first reports of problematic smog in Shijiazhuang so far this Autumn. <br /><br />The local government has reportedly activated their pollution reduction measures.
