Footage has emerged from Taiwan of Typhoon Megi blowing down some scaffolding off a tall building, injuring three people. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Taichung yesterday, shows the scaffolding on the 22-storey building collapsing to the ground, smashing parked cars and tram lines. <br /><br />Three people were reportedly hurt in the incident. <br /><br />Five people have died across Taiwan and eastern China after Typhoon Megi hit yesterday.
