Shocking footage has emerged from Taiwan of a lorry toppling onto its side as Typhoon Megi hit the country. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Hualien on Tuesday, shows the truck stuck in traffic, suddenly falling onto its side in the strong wind. <br /><br />The driver reportedly managed to crawl out and was uninjured.
