Footage has emerged from China of the aftermath of a major coal mine explosion that killed at least 19 people. <br /><br />The video, captured in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on Tuesday, shows the authorities, rescue services and the media on the site. <br /><br />According to local reports, the gas explosion was allegedly caused by illegal mining activity in the mines. <br /><br />19 people were killed and at least one person is still missing. <br /><br />The person in charge of the mine has been arrested.
