Footage of a cyclist narrowly avoiding being hit by a car after crossing the road in front of it. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Birmingham, UK yesterday, shows the cyclist pulling out in front of the car even though the vehicle has right of way.<br /><br />Fortunately, a collision was narrowly avoided.
