Actress Lindsay Lohan reportedly sliced off a piece of her left ring finger in a gruesome accident while boating in Turkey.<br />The injury occurred Sunday when the 30-year-old star got tangled with the vessel's anchor as she attempted to lift it up.<br />"This is the result of me trying to anchor the boat by myself," she said.<br />"My poor finger."
