Afghanistan wins billions in aid pledges at Brussels talks

World powers have gathered in Brussels to pledge billions of dollars to Afghanistan. The European Union is hosting a donor summit to raise money for the war-ravaged country.<br />Al Jazeera's Neave Baker reports from Brussels.
