Lo necesitaba.<br />The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is partnering with its Worldwide Paralympic Partner Samsung to provide 30 leading athletes the chance to record exclusive behind-the-scenes video blogs during the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, where they share their everyday training and struggles.<br /><br />The London 2012 Paralympics were Teresa Perales's fourth Games, and she retained her 100m freestyle title for the third consecutive Games.<br />Perales is still going strong in the pool, and remains one of the swimmers to beat in the S5 events.
