This is a targeted strategy to terrorise civilians and to kill anybody who gets in the way of their military objectives.’‘ <br /><br /> Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said the French draft contained a number of unacceptable points, including an end to air strikes over Aleppo.<br />
