Hurricane Matthew begins its slow exit overnight off the East Coast, but the damage isn't over.<br />The Hurricane was leaving behind record-breaking flooding Saturday, as the storm moved out into the Atlantic Ocean.<br />The National Weather Service downgraded Matthew to a post-tropical cyclone on Sunday morning, but said the storm was still generating winds near 75 mph.
