Dramatic footage has emerged from China of police officers rescuing three people after they got their car stuck in gushing floodwater.<br /><br />The video, captured in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province last Saturday, shows the rescue team trying to tie a rope to the car to stop it being swept away. <br /><br />It took them an hour, but the officers eventually managed to rescue all those inside.
