Hilarious footage has emerged from China of a man who has invented a particularly lazy way to work out on a treadmill. <br /><br />The video, filmed in filmed in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province on October 2, shows the slightly overweight man sitting on a chair in front of a moving treadmill. <br /><br />He appears to believe that moving his legs on the running machine while sitting down is sufficient enough to get his heart going.<br /><br />Unfortunately, he's also eating and drinking as he works out.
