Karna was the closest friend of Duryodhana, the eldest of the Kaurava brothers. He fought on Duyodhana’s behalf against his own brothers during the Epic battle of Mahabharata. <br />Karna was one of the greatest warriors, whose pugnacious are mentioned in the epic, and the only warrior believed to be able to defeat Arjuna in battle.
