MENASHA, WISCONSIN — A Wisconsin couple who left their 4-year-old kid unattended to go creepy clown prankin’ have been charged with child neglect. <br /> <br />Menasha City Police responded to 911 calls about a pair of clowns causing mischief by the roadside in the early hours of Oct. 7, according to a news release on the department’s official Facebook page. <br /> <br />Cops said a 29-year-old man and his 20-year-old male accomplice wore clown costumes and chased after vehicles. A 26-year-old woman was found in a vehicle parked nearby. She and the older clown have a 4-year-old child together. <br /> <br />The kid was left home alone while the pranksters climbed aboard the creepy clown bandwagon. According to cops, the child was left unattended for at least a few hours during the incident. <br /> <br />The kid was taken into care and the parents were booked to appear in court on charges of child neglect. <br /> <br />The 20-year-old man wasn’t charged and no charges were made in relation to the creepy clown prankin’.
