A video has emerged from China of a young boy starting a motor scooter by mistake. <br /><br />The CCTV, captured in Hengshui, Hebei Province on September 2, shows the small vehicle lurching off and driving uncontrollably down the road while two women chase after it. <br /><br />It eventually crashed into the curb and ground to a halt. <br /><br />Fortunately, no one was injured.
