Footage has emerged from China of a herd of elephants standing around, looking worried after three of them got stuck in a man-made pond. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Yunnan Province last Sunday, shows three Asian elephants trapped in the water, awaiting rescue, while other members of the herd stand around, perhaps guarding them. <br /><br />More than 60 armed police accompanied a helicopter and a JCB to rescue the elephants, because there was a fear the animals were agitated and could attack.<br /><br />Fortunately, it all went well and they were eventually rescued successfully.
