Shocking footage of a cyclist in London, UK being cut up and hit by a scooter rider crossing his lane to reach the correct exit. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "[I was] cycling home after the Prudential Ride London 100 sign-in at the ExCeL [and] I was hit by a scooter rider crossing my lane, through me, to get to his exit which he had all but missed. <br /><br />"To begin with he was aggressive and adamant that I was at fault [but] when I played the footage back to him, he quickly became apologetic and sheepish, offering to pay for damages."<br /><br />"I got some road rash, hurty back and hurty neck but came off OK considering [and] the bike needed quite a few repairs."
