Heartwarming footage has emerged of the moment a surfer proposed to his girlfriend while riding the Severn Bore in the Bristol Channel. <br /><br />Surf instructor Peter Abell, 32, got down on one knee and popped the question to his marine biologist partner Angie de Burgh, 30, while balancing on his board. <br /><br />The spot apparently holds special significance for Peter and Angie because its where their love of surfing first brought them together in 2013.
