Donald Trump has refused to say whether he will accept the outcome of the presidential election during the third and final TV debate with rival Hillary Clinton.<br /><br /> After weeks of election-rigging claims, Trump once again blamed a biased media and election fraud for an unfair election and said he would wait to see what happened.<br /><br /> The debate began as an issue based clash over topics such as abortion, immigration and gun control, but later became full of personal attacks.<br /><br /> Clinton who leads in national polls, this was her chance to show why she is best suited to succeed President Obama.<br /><br /> For Trump the debate was his last chance to try and swing the elusive undecided voter.<br />
