Near the south end of the Elkhorn Golf Course is a traditional family-type neighborhood that is somewhat unique to the city of Sun Valley. Although about one-quarter of the single-family residences are second homes, in this neighborhood it’s not uncommon to pass by a children’s lemonade stand on a summer’s day, or to see residents out walking their dogs in the morning after an early snow. Residents are close to Sun Valley and Elkhorn Villages, Bald and Dollar Mountains, Ketchum.
