Dramatic footage has emerged of a motorbike driver nearly hitting a cyclist, sparking road rage. <br /><br />The video, shot by the cyclist in Reading this summer, captures the moment two bikers dangerously overtake the rider. <br /><br />One of the motorcyclists then turns back and starts an argument. <br /><br />"The biker was reported to the police," the cyclist wrote online.
