Teams from the medical charity MSF are still trying to assess the humanitarian needs of people in Haiti following hurricane Matthew. <br /><br /> The five departments of Grande Anse, Sud, Nippes, Artibonite and Nord-Ouest were badly hit by the powerful storm. <br /><br /> Travelling to affected areas remains difficult and the full scale and nature of the disaster has still not been determined. <br /><br /> Officials in Haiti say the death toll is in the hundreds and continues to rise.
