Footage has emerged from Iceland, of a protest against the gender pay gap. <br /><br />The video, shot on Tuesday, shows thousands of women gathered in front of the parliament in Reykjavik performing the Icelandic "Viking" clapping ritual.<br /><br />According to reports, women are paid on average 18% less than men in Iceland.
