Footage has emerged of singer Justin Bieber refusing to take a picture with a fan as he walks out of a tanning salon in Dublin, Ireland. <br /><br />The video, shot on Monday, shows the Bieber's bodyguard asking the filmer, Keith Casey, to stop recording as he tries to get a picture with his idol.<br /><br />Casey then tries to talk to Bieber and tells him he will see his show that night, to what the singer replies: "I don't have a show tonight," before walking off. <br /><br />"I decided not to go to his show," Casey told Newsflare. <br /><br />"I didn't want to support him if he wouldn't even take a picture with me."<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN EDITED++
