Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller called Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton the c-word on Twitter.<br />The tweet came from his personal account relaying the Pennsylvania Auto Reliance Poll, showing Donald Trump ahead of Clinton.<br />Mike Loeffler, an agency spokesman, originally blamed a staffer for the vulgar post and claimed the tweet was accidental.<br />The tweet was deleted within several minutes after going live.
