This means that the tractor and the trailer will go in different directions essentially. <br /> <br />That can cause a lot of different types of accidents and issues on the road. You know, the truck can run into other vehicles, and it also can just block lanes of travel and cause other cars to go out of control as well. <br /> <br />So in that situation, what you'll want to do is contact an attorney right away who can go to the scene and request that certain evidence be preserved. That can include the ECM of the tractor trailer, or the black box.
