A jailed Russian dissident says he's been beaten and tortured in prison. <br />Ildar Dadin has also accused staff at Penal Colony Number 7 in the remote republic of Karelia of threatening to rape and kill him. <br />The Kremlin is now promising an inquiry.<br />
