Janet Reno, the first woman who served as U.S. attorney general, has died at age 78.<br />Reno died due to complications with Parkinson's Disease, according to the Associated Press.<br />Reno became the first female attorney general on March 12, 1993, under the administration of Bill Clinton.<br />She remained in office longer than any other attorney general of the 20th century, holding her position until 2001.
