Voters in nine states will have the opportunity to legalize marijuana for medicinal or recreational use.<br />Five states, including Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada, all have marijuana legalization initiatives on the ballot.<br />If these five states all legalize recreational marijuana, it would be a turning point for millions of Americans.<br />Four states have already taken this step to end the marijuana prohibition.
