Mexico's foreign minister Claudia Ruiz Massieu said her government will not be paying for President-elect Trump's planned border wall.<br />"Paying for a wall is not part of our vision," Massieu told local television stations.<br />This statement comes after Mexican President Pena Nieto said he will work with Trump to improve bilateral relations between the two countries.<br />Nieto was greatly criticized for receiving Trump during his campaign, after the Republican called Mexican immigrants rapists.
