Judge Steve Gratsy of Harney County said this standoff is 'costing taxpayers between $60,000 to $75,000 per day' and intends on fining Ammon and the Militia per day of the Standoff.<br /><br />But Sheriff David Ward has setup concrete barricades around his office and the court building for his own protection.
