Heartwarming footage of a woman being surprised with a border collie puppy by her family for her birthday. <br /><br />The video, filmed near Liverpool, UK this week, shows Shannon's boyfriend Adam giving her the dog, which was also from her parents. <br /><br />They threw off the scent by giving her fake presents in the morning, including fake holiday tickets that she put on Instagram. <br /><br />Her reaction to the surprise gift, which she had to wait until 4pm for, was amazing. <br /><br />According to her mother, "she is a massive dog lover and this gift took her breath away."
