Hello Everyone, <br /> <br />This a short video regarding the Kali Linux update issue. <br /> <br />If you have just installed Kali Linux for Pen-testing etc and you are facing issue like unable to update kali after running the command "apt-get update" this video will help you with it. <br /> <br />I know most of you might be aware of it, just as a first time user i wanted to share this with others so they don't face issue like me. <br /> <br />Have a nice day !! <br /> <br />Latest Repo Link : http://docs.kali.org/general-use/kali-linux-sources-list-repositories <br /> <br />File to update path: /etc/apt/sources.list <br /> <br />repo name : " deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free " remove the quotes <br /> <br />If you see something different from the above, i will advise to change it to latest one. <br /> <br />Please remove the HASH# if its there in front of the repo name. <br /> <br />Thanks :)
