Truly bizarre footage has emerged from China of a young boy wearing handcuffs into a school exam because, after finding them in his parents' wardrobe, he put them on and couldn't get them off. <br /><br />The video, captured in Zhoukou, Henan Province last Thursday, shows the boy with one hand caught in the handcuffs before local police officers cut them off him. <br /><br />According to local reports, the boy had a primary school exam so opted to have the officers cute the handcuffs off him after the test.
