Pav Bhaji Recipe -: <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1. Fresh Pav (8 pieces) <br />2. Butter (4 tbl spn) <br />3. Potatoes peeled (3) <br />4. Cauliflower (200 gm) <br />5. Ginger & Garlic Paste (2 tbl spn) <br />6. Blended Onions (2) <br />7. Blended Tomatoes (3) <br />8. Green Peas (1/2 cup) <br />9. Chopped Coriander Leaves (4 tbl spn) <br /> <br />Pav Bhaji Masala <br /> 1. Packet Pav Bhaji Masala (2 tbl spn) <br /> 2. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1 tbl spn) <br /> 3. Salt (to taste) <br /> 4. Turmeric (1/2 tbl spn) <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />STEP 1 : Boil than mash potato and cauliflower in blender. <br />STEP 2 : Heat oil in a deep vessel and add onion and Ginger garlic paste fry till golden brown. Add tomato puree and fry till 3-4 mints. <br />STEP 3 : Now add the mutter and cook for 2 minutes. <br />STEP 4 : Add all dry masala than add mash veggies in vessel and mix it well. <br />STEP 5 : Add half glass of water and cover it for five minute till boil. <br />STEP 6 : Finally add butter and coriander. <br />STEP 7 : Toast Pav with some butter over a flat pan or tawa <br />STEP 8 : Serve the Pav bhaji with chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and a wedge of lemon .
