A short clip of the major storm, described as a tornado, that hit central Wales, UK this morning. <br /><br />The video was taken on a building site and the filmer wrote online: "We had to shelter in the shed at the building site as the site had become too hazardous and dangerous. <br /><br />"Winds were recorded at 94mph."
