High Quality footage of the sudden strong winds that struck central Wales this morning during what's been described as a mini tornado. <br /><br />This video was filmed on Aberystwyth University Campus and shows items, such as chairs, flying around due to winds recorded at 94 mph. <br /><br />According to the filmer, conditions "went from mild to dangerous in seconds."
