Dramatic footage has emerged from Thessaloniki, Greece, of a riot breaking out after the Polytechnic Students’ Uprising commemoration march.<br /><br />The video, shot on Thursday night, shows protesters throwing projectiles and flares at police forces.<br /><br />Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras reportedly said: "The Polytechneio uprising does not fade from memory because it symbolises people’s need and will for more democracy," during the anniversary ceremony.
