A bizarre video has emerged from China of a huge garden set up in a college for student to propose to their loved ones. <br /><br />In the footage, captured in Chengdu, Sichuan Province last Wednesday, the principal witnesses 99 couples propose to each other in a love-themed garden in the college.<br /><br />The college reportedly spent around 250,000 GBP to build the garden called "Prague Garden" for students.<br /><br />According to reports, the proposing activity is a part of "affective education".
