Alarming surge in number of Palestinian children in Israeli prisons

A 16-year-old Palestinian girl accused of trying to stab an elderly man in Jerusalem has been sentenced to more than 13 years in prison.<br />It's the second similar sentence Israeli courts have handed down to Palestinian teenagers in a month.<br />
